These days I am spending more time with my elder one – she is about 2.5+. Peculiar to watch what she does with her electronic entertainment. She has already figured out several ‘how to’s’ on youtube/mobile, is never content to wait for any TV program to change, knows exactly what she is looking for in programs. I am not saying just child tantrums. But, looks like the new age consumer is going to go beyond what our generation did in digital nativity. And perhaps with lesser patience. Time to think of customer loyalty then.
